The Walden's Ridge Utility District Board of Commissioners meet the last Tuesday of each month (except December).  Meetings are held at 4:30 p.m. at the District's office.

The Lone Oak Utility District Board of Commissioners meet the second Tuesday of February, May, August, and November.  Meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. at the District's office.

The Commissioners serve a four (4) year terms.  Vacancies on the Board of Commissioners are filled by the County Mayor from a list provided by the Commissioners in office.   Notices of terms ending and request for interested parties to serve on the boards are advertised in the Dunlap Tribune.

The Board of Commissioner’s decisions regarding customer complaints brought before the Board under the District’s Customer Complaint Policy may be reviewed by the Utility Management Review Board of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation pursuant to Section 7-82-702(7) of Tennessee Code Annotated.
